Vehicle Traffic Counter

Today in addition to the industry s device of choice the roadpod vt we offer a wide range of monitoring solutions.

Vehicle traffic counter. With massively improved memory battery life and data download speed this system is the state of the art in traffic monitoring. Small and stealthy stattrak can measure two lanes of traffic from the roadside and four from the median. From designing and manufacturing our first automatic traffic counter in 1991 we have consistently improved and developed new technologies to optimise traffic data collection. Road tube is the most common flexible and cost effective portable counting or classification solution.

A traffic counter is a device often electronic in nature used to count classify and or measure the speed of vehicular traffic passing along a given roadway. They have been proven to be the most accurate technology for traffic detection available.

Manufacturer of traffic counters for the vehicle counting industry. It captures vehicle speeds for stealth traffic and speed studies. The device is usually deployed in near proximity to the roadway and uses an on road medium such as pneumatic road tubes laid across the roadway piezo electric sensors embedded in the roadway inductive loops cut into the roadway or.
